So I was out and about all day today. Even with NCAA football on-air in place of the 6 o'clock news, that didnt mean I had the afternoon off, by any means. In fact, I didn't get to watch any of the Ohio State game. :-( Sad faces all around, but at least we won!
I went to the Kabuki restaurant, in Centerville, this afternoon to get video and interview customers because Kabuki will be in the station on Monday morning during the cooking segment, and the morning crew are in for a REAL treat!! So real that it wont have time to be cooked!! They made a few samplings of sushi for me while I was there today, and hands down, the best sushi I have had, and I love trying different sushi.
I brought back the video from that, then turned around and went down to West Carrollton Jr. High to shoot highlights of the Dayton Christian and Jefferson football game. It was a shame I couldn't stay the whole game, it was very energy packed while I was there....
Anyways, came back to the station, and put together the forecast, and currently doing the 10 o'clock news on FOX 45. We are watching a few showers move into the area currently, and this will be the beginning of the real changing weather arriving next week. I called it about two weeks ago here in the blog, just scroll down and check it out; next week looks to be very very chilly, hence the reason I un-boxed my winter clothes last week.
