Take the Long Way Home

The title is a little misleading. I am still taking the same way home, but on a moped it seems like the long way home. Not because it only adds about three minutes to my commute, but because I can enjoy the scenic ride a little more. My truck is in the body shop til the end of the week and I will be riding my moped in the freezing cold mornings. I lucked out today because Dawn does not have a school talk til the late morning so I was able to take her car, but the next few mornings I will be riding in below-freezing conditions. Luckily it is only about a six mile ride with plenty of curves and rolling hills...only have to freeze for a couple minutes.

Showers pushing through now and temperatures currently in the lower 50's. Temps will fall into the upper 30's by the late afternoon and hopefully a little clearing. Tonight we could see a little patchy fog and with temps below freezing a little frost on your windshield. Partly cloudy and chilly the next few days and then slowly warming heading into the weekend. Rain will roll in Sunday and Monday...cooling us off once again for Thanksgiving week. Take your jacket for later today and have a good one!
