Playoffs are here...

And so the playoffs begin, at least for high school football.  I will be going to the Trotwood game tonight and am very excited that the weather will be decent, with warmer temperatures and the best part: DRY!!  It has rained the majority of the seasons games, and thankfully, that wont be the case tonight.  Also covering playoff girls soccer tomorrow afternoon with Wayne playing against Centerville.  I covered the games on Wednesday night, and I really think it will be a close came.  It seemed like Centerville was more of a persistent team with many shots on the goal more often.  Wayne however was very high paced, and when they broke free and started heading towards the goal then it was light speed ahead and hard for the defense to keep up.  With all of that said, I will be shooting highlights the whole game and am very excited to see who wins, and who moves on to state.

So I mentioned my friend, Luke, is deciding who his new favorite team will be today.  I along with some friends think we know who he is going to choose.  He has narrowed it down to three teams: Bengals, Colts, and Browns.  He used to be a Bengals fan, and then stopped a few years ago.  Now he is married and his wife is a big Colts fan.  The reason he said he needs to decide is because right now he doesn't have an official favorite team and he needs to settle on a team put his full heart behind for the rest of his life.I will be sure to update you on his choice and his reasons.  While I wouldn't be surprised with any of his decisions, I am interested in seeing who his long-term choice will be.

It is crunch time for my fantasy team.  This week I am playing Nathan Baker's team and he has been on a roll.  My team last week was barely beat out, thanks to Aaron Rogers putting up a few last minute touchdowns against my team.  The majority of the league is all tied in the middle with records, so we all are fighting to make it to the playoffs in the coming weeks.  The toughest choice I have had the last few weeks is starting either Favre or Romo. It seems that when Romo should do good, he doesn't and the same with Favre.  Luckily I got a solid ground game, but my WRs are pretty weak with the exception to Reggie Wayne.  Anyways, good game this week, I will keep you updated on that as well.

I hope you got to see the story I did on Paranormal Activity.  The movie has been given so much hype lately for being made for such a low price.  A lot of people are saying that it is the scariest movie they have ever seen, however a few disagreed.  I guess it depends on your scare trigger.  Anyways, if you missed the story on-air last night, check it out.  Hope you enjoy it.

OH!!!  By the way,so my neighbor here in Sidney started putting up his Christmas lights and as much as I like Christmas, he completely out did me so far.  He even put up the decorations for his neighbors place at his duplex.   I talked to Dawn, and this was her idea of what we should do instead.  While I thought it was funny, I didn't laugh  So I got to try to plan out what to do, I mean I still have extra lights in the garage, and I cant be outdone.. Dawn would disagree and tell me to just do her idea, but I love Christmas too much to mock someone during the most spirited season of the year.
49 days left!!

Best,
Andrew Buck Michael
