Checking in

It seriously feels like it has been a month at least since I was on here... Monday was rather wet and dreary. I worked on a few of my stories and made calls for my next couple of stories. I also kept an eye on the radar, but luckily none of the storms were severe... just a few rumbles of thunder. Tuesday I had two shoots for stories and today I edited them. It was nice to get back ahead of schedule to start planning some springtime stories to talk about allergies and the like. I worked extra hours Tuesday so luckily I was able to clock out early today. I am off for the next three days. Saturday is my first day I have requested off since before Christmas... close to four months.... excited to get a little time to relax.

Today has been BEAUTIFUL weather. I wish I had an outdoor job on days like today... even pouring the concrete like the crews out on my street repairing the curbs. Tomorrow looks a lot like today, maybe a few degrees warmer. I am hosting a moped get-together next week and I am riding the route for our ride to get a rough time estimate. I will have to limit my speed to account for the stock bikes. I think we should have about a handful or two of people. I am excited to get a lot of the local mopeders together to meet each other and mingle. We are doing most of our communications via the internet, but there is nothing like meeting someone in person. Anyway, I am riding the route tomorrow, mowing, getting measured for my wedding tux, and laundry. I am leaving early Friday to head to Cleveland for a wedding for Dawn's longtime neighbor. I am excited to wear my suit I have not wore yet. It is too classy for television.

Tomorrow's weather looks great, sunshine and temps in the upper 60's with light winds. Temps will stay in the 60's for the most part over the weekend and into the beginning of next week. Rain will arrive later Friday and stick around through Saturday. More rain is expected for early next week as well....you know what that means...use a personal day tomorrow and enjoy the beautiful weather! I am just kidding. Have a good one!

Best,
Andrew Buck Michael
