I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaack!

I have been super busy the last four days. I worked about 24 hours between Wednesday and Thursday and I barely have had time to sweat... I take that back, I have been sweating the entire time... man has it been hot... I know by the time the end of summer rolls around we will be like...85, ehhh, nice day. However, it is still the beginning of May and our bodies aren't acclimated to the temps yet. The inside of the house has been about 85 until about midnight... then it drops to 83, haha! Dawn and I refuse to turn on the heat until it is unbearable. I spent Monday and Tuesday working on a few of my feature stories and shooting a few stories for the news. Wednesday I was working the morning flooding in Clark County and then a few other odds and ends. Thursday a few other odds and ends and then covered the 675 semi accident where the semi went flipped over a bridge onto a lower highway... very sad and graphic scene. That would bring us to Friday, my day off this week. I spent the morning going with Dawn to the allergist so she could get tested and I then ran a few errands before a lot of laundry and cleaning.

Looks like the next few days we will slowly cool down with scattered showers around the area. Highs will drop back into the 50's and 60's so as much as it pains me to say this... enjoy the heat while it is here because you may still need the heater. By the end of next week we will start to warm up again, but cooler weather will prevail until then. Got to run... Dawn and I are having a night out on the town since I am off. Have a good one!
