Parents visit & stormy Sunday

My parents came to Columbus this morning for a brunch to celebrate my brother's 20th birthday.  It was nice to catch up with them, but I was sad to eat then dash off to help my friend move.  Oh well, I get to spend more time with them and my sister when I ride my moped home later this week.
Turned out to be quite a stormy afternoon and early evening.  The leading edge of the rain had some gusty winds, but no major damage other than some limbs down and about 1500 AEP customers without power.  Pretty unscathed by the storms (depending on who you ask)

The rain will continue to push in overnight and remain pretty steady and heavy at times.  Minor flooding may be an issue by daybreak.  Most of the rain will move out by daybreak, but a few lingering showers for Monday.  The sun will try to peak out some later tomorrow as high pressure tries to build in.  Tuesday we will be seeing more sunshine, for sure.  And we keep that sun around and fall temperatures through the rest of the week.  Have a good one!

Best,
Andrew Buck Michael
